In addition to providing your own personal wrap and warming salve, Cheyenne, the Tatted Doula's belly binding expert, will teach you how to do this yourself. In addition to healing after birth, postpartum belly binding can also help heal diastasis recti. Includes; Transverse abdominal Muscle Massage and Inguinal Ligaments and Iliacas Muscle Massage. Cheyenne can provide private instruction in your home for this type of treatment.

Elastic Band Postpartum Binding
Cheyenne, the Tatted Doula, offers personalized postpartum belly binding using gentle elastic bandages. This aids recovery and helps heal diastasis recti. Private in-home instruction is provided for this effective treatment. The bandages are 60% cotton and 40% polyester, and if you have a polyester sensitivity, binding over a thin belly band or nursing tank top is an option. Includes; Transverse abdominal Muscle Massage and Inguinal Ligaments and Iliacas Muscle Massage. Cheyenne can provide private instruction in your home for this type of treatment.
